Design
The engineering solutions developed for both new facilities for both installations subject to Revamping are characterized by production flexibility and integration with the logistics processes.
The design specifications are developed in close collaboration with the end customer to define the main components of the system: electrical engineering and computer science, security requirements, bill of materials, hardware and software architecture, human-computer interaction, MES functionality, data management, control process.
The data and basic requirements evolve to formalize a specification from which the final design and subsequent implementation. The knowledge of the processes and the ability to manage and master the various aspects and problems of an automation project shall ensure that Technical Electronics often assume the role of “prime contractor” for the supply of a turnkey solution.
Commissioning
The multicompetence of our. staff and the experience gained over the years leading to the definition of training plans, testing and commissioning compatible with the specific needs of each client ensuring the rapid transfer of knowledge and reducing to an absolute minimum of downtime. Since the commissioning activity carried out in close collaboration with all the organizations and professionals on the field and constant supervision in post-release systems achieve operational immediately and with optimized performance in a short time.
